Meet Kaitlin
As a working mom who raised two young kids in a pandemic, hobbies have long felt far out of my reach. But in 2023, both of my kids were off to school, and then my main career — scripted TV development — suddenly wasn’t keeping me so busy when the WGA and SAG strikes went into effect. For the first time in a long time, I had time to pursue the passion for photography that I’d had since I’d studied it in high school. And while the strikes ended, photography stayed. Before I knew it, photography had become a secondary career. A “side hustle,” some might call it (and I do).
Photography goes hand in hand with everything I do as a TV development executive. In TV, I am a storyteller, using a visual medium to capture and evoke emotion. And in TV, I love working with people and drawing out the story they want to tell, helping them to shape it in the most compelling and evocative way. It all applies to photography.
I’m drawn to photography that feels personal, bright, and joyful. I love not only capturing, but creating memories. I gravitate toward rich colors and bold feelings that lean into the joy and intensity of life, particularly with children.
Your experience with me should be, above all, fun. I love what I do, and you’ll feel it. I also believe that you’ll get the best shots if you’re comfortable, happy, and confident — and it will always be my goal to help you feel that way. Don’t know how to pose? I’ve got you. Feeling like you’re not looking your best? Get ready for a confidence boost. Kids in a bad mood? Let’s capture that and laugh about it! Whatever the situation, we’ll embrace the moment we’re in.
I specialize in family, child and couple portraits; candid lifestyle moments; maternity; engagement photos; and headshots (theatrical, commercial and business). But whatever it is that you’re interested in capturing, I’m interested in capturing it with you.

"My friend referred Kaitlin so I knew she would be good. Let me just say - she blew way past my expectations. We took a family photo shoot at the beach with my 6 year old. She was so great with him and captured the sweetest pictures. She was super thorough about understanding our intentions beforehand and was so prepared to really capture the energy I envisioned in the photos. My whole family was nervous beforehand, but we felt so at home and at ease with Kaitlin. She made it so so so easy for us to loosen up, so that we could be super authentic. And then WOW!!! When the pictures came back, my mind was blown. They were beyond stunning. It's not like we are models or anything, but damn!!! She made every one of us look really phenomenal.
